The primary objective of this organisation is to further strengthen the ideals of dutifulness, discipline, and selfless service to the nation among the employees. We consider public service delivery not merely as a profession, but as an integral part of 'Karmayoga' (spiritual dedication through work) and 'Nation Building'. Our main goal is to foster intellectual development, character building, and an environment of social harmony among the employees. Specific training modules and intensive discussions will enhance professional proficiency and building mutual fellowship among the staff.
